Use a dense heavier marshmallow, as light fluffy marshmallows burn more easily. The idea is to put one or 2 marshmallows on the rotisserie double skewer, through each marshmallow. Hold the stick parallel to the ground because if you use too much of a downward angle, the end of the marshmallow may catch fire. Once the bottom of the marshmallow starts to brown slowly, rotate it using the thumb rotisserie. you should only need 1 or 2 full rotations to roast the perfect marshmallow and voila 🙂
