Place your hot dog perpendicular to the stick, and cook as you would normally, but if you want onions too, It is best to turn the stick upside down and cook the top of the hot dog first. When that side of the hot dog is done, turn the stick back to its original position. Now all that is left to do is to add your onions (sometimes we add garlic and chilies too) onto the burn guard mesh and fry them while cooking the bottom of your hot dog. Open up a hot dog bun lengthwise, place it across the top, and toast it as you wish. Enjoy!
